At what stage of their career does copywriters usually crack a TV commercial?

I mean broadcasting on air, a big brand’s national commercial. i know an idea can come at any stage. But still on an average. And i know the question sounds stupid. I believe am not that bad as a writer, still i couldnt crack( get approval and broadcast) a good TVC after 3 years of expeience.

  1. It’s not about age or experience but about talent of creating something out of nothing.
You need to be creative and totaly diferent at the same time able to show your what are you have in you.
I dont know about the human age. But in career age it should not take more then 3 years.
